Tangle resistance was mostly positive thanks to detangling features, but long hair still caused problems in one review.

One reviewer highlighted app-related features such as off-peak charging as unusually competitive within the robot vacuum market.

Review evidence framed the X10 as offering many flagship-like features for less money.

Mopping performance was consistently the weakest functional area, described as a light wipe rather than a real mop replacement.

Mopping performance was the most consistently praised cleaning strength, especially on dried stains and sticky messes.

Comparative performance was generally strong versus test averages and high-end bots, though one reviewer found deep cleaning merely average.

Comparisons generally positioned the X10 as a strong midrange value, though not always the absolute best against premium or newer rivals.

Low-profile design is not a strength because one reviewer found the robot tall enough to miss some low furniture clearance.

Low-profile performance was positive, with the robot fitting under most furniture.

Design feedback was mostly positive for the matte, slim, premium-looking robot, though one reviewer disliked how the black plastic attracts dust.

Design feedback was mixed: the robot/base were considered neatly put together, but the base was not especially attractive.
