Ease of use was strong, with reviewers finding the app, options, quick cleaning modes, and setup workflow approachable.

Ease of use is mixed: automation helps a lot once configured, but first-time use and complex settings can be confusing.

Odor control was a concern: reviewers noted ketchup smell, a plastic smell from the dock, and unpleasant material odor during hot-air drying.

Odor control is a standout pet-home strength, with reviewers praising pet solution, drying, and odor mitigation.

Debris prevention was weak with some medium debris, as one reviewer saw the side brush scatter lentils across the floor.

Clog prevention evidence is positive, especially where hair compression and airflow are said to keep the suction duct clear.

Stuck resistance was one of the weaker areas, with reports of chair-leg, cable, tight-space, and mirror-related issues.

Stuck resistance is generally positive, especially for thresholds and previously inaccessible spaces, though configuration can matter.

Heavy-duty suitability was limited because reviewers said it is not for deep cleaning or stubborn messes that need manual work.

Heavy-duty suitability is positive for demanding homes, with evidence from pets, stains, high-traffic spaces, and complex floor plans.

Runtime was a weak spot in testing, with below-average square-foot estimates and stronger battery drain at maximum settings.

Emptying and mess control is mostly positive, with strong auto-empty results and low handling, though one reviewer noted minor leftover debris and bin sealing issues.

Liquid-system evidence was mixed-to-positive: reviewers liked dirty-water recovery, but the lack of cleaning solution hurt odor and detergent expectations.

The dual-solution/liquid system is considered genuinely useful, especially for switching between general cleaning and pet odor treatment.

The robot and station drew mixed reactions: the base is large, but some reviewers liked the slimmer, squared-off station in real rooms.

Storage feedback is split: the robot/base can feel compact to one reviewer, while another says the dock occupies serious floor space.

Carpet hair pickup was excellent, including a 97% pet-hair result and praise that pet hair was no problem.

Carpet hair pickup is mostly positive, though one extreme rug test produced weaker-than-expected pickup.
