Odor control was a concern: reviewers noted ketchup smell, a plastic smell from the dock, and unpleasant material odor during hot-air drying.

Cord handling was a repeated weakness, with two reviewers reporting tangles on cords or charger cables.

Cord management on the dock was praised because the recessed, angled cable let the base sit flush against a wall.

Small-space suitability was a weakness because the bulky dock and robot struggled more in smaller or furniture-dense homes.

Small-space evidence was positive from one apartment reviewer who liked how the slimmer station fit between furniture and a closet door.

Tool-free assembly was praised because components snapped into place quickly without extra tools.
