Ease of use is mostly strong thanks to Lift-Away, handle controls, and easy emptying, but weight and hose issues create exceptions.

Crevice and groove pickup is very strong, with reviewers reporting effortless or near-complete removal from grooves and gaps.

Crevice and grouted-floor pickup has negative customer evidence, especially on grouted tile where grit required repeated passes.

The self-propel-like behavior is negative in the technician review because the dual rollers made the vacuum walk away from the user.

The self-propelled feel helps carpet cleaning for many users, though the pull can feel too strong in tight spaces.

Small-space suitability is weak in the technician review because wand protrusions make tighter spaces harder to access.

Small-space usefulness is positive when using the portable pod and tools for stairs, pantries, and tight spaces.

Tool changes are a consistent weak point, with reviewers reporting snug compression-fit attachments, insecure clicks, and awkward accessory switching.

Tool changes are generally easy, with click-on accessories and a removable handheld piece praised for quick transitions.

The shutoff behavior is described as a maintenance annoyance when debris builds behind the soft roller.

Automatic obstruction shutoff has positive customer evidence because it protects the motor and warns when the brush stops or clogs.

Hard-floor floorhead sealing is mostly positive because the front roller limits scatter, though one technician said airflow to the front roller was weak.

Hard-floor seal and intake are weak in some evidence, especially where the head struggles with large debris or sounds rough on hard floors.

Hair-wrap resistance is one of the strongest attributes, with repeated no-tangle praise, offset by one negative technician result.

Onboard tool storage is a weakness because the vacuum cannot hold all attachments and tools can fall or require the bag.

Upholstery and above-floor cleaning are generally good with pet and upholstery tools, but some reviewers find the pet tool weak or prone to resistance.

Comparative performance is strong overall, with reviewers often favoring the NV752 over similarly priced uprights while noting pricier models can beat it in some tests.

Stair cleaning is a standout use case, with lift-away mode, attachments, and cord length helping reviewers clean stairs effectively.

Stair cleaning is a consistent benefit because Lift-Away mode and attachments make stairs easier than with a fixed upright.

Reviewers largely praised the Vertex for powerful suction and airflow, though one technician argued the nozzle design limits how well those numbers translate into cleaning.

Reviewers consistently describe the NV752 as a strong-suction corded upright with high airflow, especially through the hose and on carpets.
