Ease of use was strong, with reviewers citing near-perfect usability and simple room or area cleaning.

Ease of use was strong across setup, room editing, voice control, and hands-off operation.

The absence of mop lifting was a recurring downside because the mop pad stays attached over carpets unless removed manually.

The mop lifting and automatic mop detachment system was widely praised for protecting carpets and reducing manual intervention.

Cord management on the dock was praised as thoughtful and well handled.

Cord management was criticized because the base-station power cord was unusually thick and harder to route neatly.

Heavy-duty suitability is limited because the mop pad can absorb only small amounts and cannot power through tougher wet messes.

Heavy-duty suitability was strong in tests that pushed tough stains, high-pile carpet, and demanding cleaning jobs.

Crevice pickup was excellent, including perfect debris removal in Modern Castle's crevice test.

Crevice and groove pickup was a limitation, with grout-line debris left behind in one test and poor grout cleaning in another.

Under-furniture pickup is limited by the robot's taller profile, which prevents it from reaching beneath some furnishings.

Under-furniture cleaning was a standout strength when clearances matched the retractable sensor design.

Fresh liquid pickup was adequate for small wet spills, which one reviewer said the mop handled easily.

Fresh spill handling was weak in one home test, where porridge, sauce, and milk were spread rather than cleaned up.

The detergent and liquid system was viewed positively, especially compared with manually mixing solution into clean water.

Area rug handling was a weakness in one review, especially around rug edges and finer carpet spills.

Area rug handling was mostly positive because mop removal/lifting kept rugs dry, but one reviewer warned taller rugs can still contact the mop.

Obstacle avoidance was the clearest repeated weakness, with reviewers reporting disappointing avoidance, bumps, dragged objects, and issues with small clutter.

Obstacle avoidance was the most mixed major feature, ranging from excellent cable and pet-mess avoidance to failures with toys, cables, socks, and small objects.

The low-profile retractable LiDAR design was repeatedly praised for reaching under furniture and low-clearance areas.

Build quality was praised as well-constructed, durable-feeling, and sturdy enough for its expected life cycle.

One reviewer praised the build quality and component fit, describing the construction as improved and solid.

Design feedback was mostly positive for the matte, slim, premium-looking robot, though one reviewer disliked how the black plastic attracts dust.

Most reviewers liked the premium, futuristic look and dock finish, although one noted the glossy base shows smudges.

The Duo Roller floorhead was viewed as an effective and welcome design, especially for pickup and hair handling.

Floorhead design received positive feedback for the side brush and anti-tangle brush concepts improving pickup and hair handling.

Mopping performance was consistently the weakest functional area, described as a light wipe rather than a real mop replacement.

Mopping performance was polarized: many reviewers praised daily maintenance and advanced stain modes, while others found spills, jelly, or standard-mode scrubbing weak.

Dock noise was mixed: one reviewer called auto-emptying loud, while another found the suction sound reassuring because it worked reliably.

Dock noise was praised, especially quiet drying sequences.

Edge-following was effective in testing, with the robot running parallel to the baseboard to collect debris.

One reviewer found the robot sometimes avoided legs and furniture too widely, limiting close edge-following.

Noise was measured around average in Modern Castle testing, while another reviewer noted it remains clearly audible on higher suction.

One reviewer measured the robot as extremely quiet at maximum setting, giving noise a very positive showing.

Edge and baseboard cleaning was usually praised, with reviewers noting strong wall and corner pickup, although one test called it decent rather than perfect.

Reviewers generally found vacuum suction strong across hard floors, carpets, debris, and pet hair, but one hands-on review reported lacklustre suction and weaker vacuum results.

Reviewers generally found suction powerful and vacuuming strong on hard floors and carpets, though a few tests said the headline Pa rating did not always translate into flawless pickup.

Price feedback was mixed: several reviewers saw strong value for the performance, while one expected better cleaning at the listed price.

Price drew the most consistent criticism: reviewers called it expensive or hard to justify, even when some felt the performance or investment case was strong.

Docking and auto-empty reliability were widely praised, including reliable returns to base, successful emptying, and reduced hands-on maintenance.

Docking and auto-empty reliability was mostly positive, but one reviewer reported occasional incomplete docking that left the robots offline.
